Villa Vasoula is a private holiday accommodation in Lindos, Rhodes, Greece. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our website or make a booking with us.

Your data is shared only where necessary: with our payment provider to process your payment securely, with our property manager to prepare your stay, and with national data protection or other authorities where the law requires it.

We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we protect your data

Your data is securely handled using GDPR-compliant tools. Access is limited to those who need it to manage your booking, and payment card details are processed by our secure payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and identification records for as long as the law requires, after which they are securely deleted. Enquiry data that does not lead to a booking is kept only for a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Greek data protection law, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
